Nursery Rooms is an on line business which was born in September 2006. We started off 
with a handful of cot bumpers with matching quilts and cuddle robes and have grown to include a selection of nursery furniture as well as toys and gifts for babies.
We are keen internet shoppers ourselves so it was important to us to sit down and think about what is it about shopping on line that we enjoy and what spoils the experience for us so that we can give our customers the best customer service possible.
The shop design has been kept as simple as possible to make shopping a straight forward process. We are unable to change the shopping cart or card processing systems but we welcome comments from customers, both positive and negative, which might help us improve things such as page layouts, product descriptions or shop navigation.
In March Harrogate, in the north of England, annually hosts a nursery fair which gives retailers the opportunity to meet up with both their current suppliers and potential new 
suppliers to see what is on offer for the new season. 2008 will be our second visit to the fair and we are looking forward to expanding our range.
We have recently added a selection of toddler bedding to Nursery Rooms and hope that this will be as popular as the baby bedding has been.
